AHHH A NOOB! -hugs OP- THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT ANYTHING.
It's html formatting. You have carroty brackets < > and then in the middle you put like... "b" for bold, "i" for italic, "u" for underline, "small" for tiny font, "big" for big font, ETCETERA. Then you put a the same thing with a slashy in front of the command.
I EXPLAINED THAT ALL CONFUSINGLY SO HAVE AN EXAMPLE.
Example! (you have to take out the spaces though) < i > Purple! < / i >
That would make: Purple!

The boy’s voice was deep, but always so damn timid. Irritating. He grunted without looking up from the tea he was stirring. “Hm.”
“What does it mean if someone asks you if you spit or swallow?”
Roppi froze and his eyes snapped open. He put his hands on the counter and leaned over it so he could glare across the counter at the blond sitting on his couch. “Are you fucking with me, kid?”
“What?!” Tsukishima blushed at his neighbor’s sudden rage. “No! I got a text and I don’t know what it means! Is he talking about gum?”
The raven eyed him suspiciously. “Who is texting you these things?”
“My friend from school.”
The elder male straightened and moved from the tiled area of his kitchen to the adjoining living room and held out his hand. “Let me see.”
The teen handed the device over obediently, watching his caretaker cautiously through the rounded frames of his glasses.
Roppi ignored him and navigated through the phone until he found the message Tsukishima had asked him about.

Ohgod, this is so good, I could read it forever and not to mention, you write Roppi so well it makes me purr like a lawnmower. I love this, seriously. Tsuki-chan is so damnably cute and delicious, god, this will be a hot, hot one~. <3 Thank you!
This anon has a little experience of writing Roppi and has interpreted his personality differently - but loves the way author!anon writes him, godgodgodsomuch! - so anon started wondering if maybe there's a 'canon' character that Roppi has?

LOL @ lawnmower analogy.
But uh...No, this is actually the first time I've written either of them. I had to ask someone about their personalities, and she basically told me that Roppi is kind of a mean-spirited bastard who is really skilled at EVERYTHING and Tsuki is just kind of a little dweeb who doesn't understand ANYTHING.
Of course she's not as blunt as I am so my phrasing is vastly different XD
