Did a massive amount of cooking yesterday. Then chilled most of the grilled items to make what I call "portugese salad".

Mr. D did all the prep and the cooking. =)

P salad is taking all the grilled things once they are cold and adding acini de pepe pasta and vinagrette. All in all very simple and tasty and is eaten cold. (because it's so bloody hot to me right now)
