Oh ok!

I had always wondered what was the deal with the banner-o. I figured the people were just making their LJ's friends only, then gloating about it afterwards, or something.

I've seen that eye somewhere before, maybe in a movie, you know, the one with the shark, that went, "Rawwwwwwwr".

Mwhaha, banners don't move, and this comment shall remain near the top forever.
