Salvador Dali and the Dioskouroi

The deeper I delve, the more mind-boggling it becomes. Dali apparently has a number of connections to the Dioskouroi. He painted the scene of Leda and the Swan, with the painting titled Leda Atomica. You're right, the poets and artists haven't forgotten. I read another article later in the day about Memory and film-making. The author talked about Cicero's story of Simonides of Ceos, which I posted a couple of weeks ago, among many other things. Go down to the section "The Memory Art" and read what he has to say.

I'm still digesting it, not sure if I agree with it completely or not, but I found the insight fascinating. After much searching and a lot of dead e-mail links I've got a note in to the author with a request for a devotional submission. We'll see what happens. :)
