Haven't updated in a while; but for legitimate reasons. Currently I'm hiding in my lair from society. Last night I was really, really tired from my job

Thanks for the kindness Kush. Sorry that I missed your phone call from last night. At a certain moment of time I got really angry, passed out, and didn't really wake up until 5AM. I dare say that the large amount of sleep helped dispel the foul mood, but alas my social interaction was completely shut off.
Indeed, this is why my vehicle is called The Devil in the first place- she has an uncanny tendency to either behave quite dysfunctional or ... well ... say hello to Big Red with her butt! I appreciate the consideration though Gee Gee. All things must come to an end though- and I will see this through until it's completely remedied.
Well- that's what car insurance is for I guess. Although still mind bending expensive; it's better than paying off the total sum. NOW THAT would drive me to a mental place that I would rather not like to be at.
I've done the calculations in my head; and at most this will just set back my yearly financial schedule by approximately eight weeks, which seems like quite a while, but really isn't in the grand scheme of things. By eight more weeks I should be back to my comfort zone where I started before the accident occurred. :P Thanks for the thoughts, Biker!
Yeesh. =X I've got no words, beyond I hope things won't be too hurtful for you financially down the line. I'm feeling some financial pain also (mostly my own fault), so I know how you feel.
Oddly enough- I'm more of a saver than I am a spender when it comes to my finances. The most I spend on a weekly basis is like nine dollars on a new CD album to help fuel my music hobby. So as you can imagine, paying off the deductible is like paying for a new gaming system, extra controllers, and a new game all on the same day! Unfortunately there is no entertainment to be had from this scenario! But putting it in that type of perspective helps me visualize what the money looks like pouring down the drain. So thus I can avoid spending that same chunk on something similar down the road (like a hotel bill, ten video games, or fifty five CD albums). >.=.<;;; Then again it should only take app. eight weeks to be back where I started financially. So that's a minor goal!
