I concur. Unless you have a good warrant backed reason for prying into my affairs - they're none of your damn business unless I choose to make them so.

I also seem to recall something silly called the 4th Amendment which prohibits unusual search and seizure. The problem being letting them do what they want will make the unusual - usual. So don't let them. Or do, in which case enjoy your police state.
