I was supposed to give my dissertation to my committee today, but we've come across an issue that needs resolution. Hopefully this will only delay things by a day or two. Stay tuned.

A couple of days, you say? So that would be why you signed up for an early interview at 9am on Friday. ;)

You're interviewing with them too, eh? I should have guessed. They want to interview me once with each interviewer, too, so I'm down for a whole friggin' hour.

But I also signed up for early interviews because I'm on campus early anyway, so you lazy undergrads can sleep in. Plus my brain works well in the morning, and the sooner I get it done, the sooner I can change out of the interview clothes back into something more comfortable. :)
