Cookbook recommendation
If you don't have Big City Cooking, you need to get it. Every single thing I've made has been utterly fantastic. We had a dinner party last night and three of the dishes I served were from the book. Among the highlights so far

I just went to Paris and had food at Atelier de Joel Robuchon. Amazing lunch. well amazingly costly set back, but hey he's supposed to be the best chef in france.
So i bought "Patricia Wells" Simply French which is his recipes. Can't wait to try them.
I also like "NY Cookbook"
