I decided to have S'ol write his first letter home to his mother, with no preparation. I timed myself for fifteen minutes and started to write without thinking much about it. Heee. Awww. So cute. Poor S'ol. He's so in over his head. Lucky for him, Min will take him under her wing and teach him what he needs to know. (Not like that, you sicko! She's taken.)

I like the progression of this. How he just drops in that he was a candidate and works up to how he impressed and then works up again to the color he impressed. Inch them deeper and deeper in. I wonder what they thought when they read.

I was wondering if anyone would notice that.

It's directed at his parents as much as anything else. They have to know the Hold -REALLY- isn't his people any longer.
