[ Handcuffs be damned. It's hard to pay attention to the memory playing - and it feels disgustingly voyeuristic to watch - with Katara raising hell in the background. He doesn't really want to look when it's obvious she's trying so hard to hide it anyway.

It's only long after the memory is through playing and the feed has timed out that Tyr responds. His voice comes over the device softly and filled with concern. ] ...Are you okay, Katara?

[She hears you, but she just continues to sob. After a while, she responds, her voice so so weak.]
