and i noticed today that i spend way to much money on food too. and i get up as late as i can too, not leaving time for anything! like this morning i was supposed to leave at 1 and woke up at 12:20. it happens. maybe you can make lunch the night before or something to maximize sleeping in time
snooze sleep is the sweetest sleep ever, until you have to hit snooze again.
i use to never get out of bed, and then get out 10 minutes before i was supose to be at work. not a good thing. but now im on a schedule and it feels great. i set my alarm for 640, hit snooze till it wont let me anymore, which is 705, hop out of bed and im on the road around 740. its perfect. but moral of the story is, maybe try setting your alarm 30 minutes before you want to get up. although i can not relate to you sleepers of noon. sleeping in is 9am for me. thats what happens when you wake up at 7 five days a week for almost a year. damnit. im a grownup. aka old.
honestly, i envy you your "sleeping in" time being 9. and being on a schedule that works! now that i've read your morning story i'm gonna try harder cuz you have to wake up so much earlier than me!!
