LOL! It's very very quiet there, private property so no one can trespass without permission.

And the view from the window of the dock is actually the view from the bedroom window so.. hee...

LOL, I wish I could say I broke in.. That would be way cool.. But no. fairygnomes arranged for us to get a tour of the place as a surprise to try and make up for last year - which she succeeded doing unsurprisingly!
