hey there...nope the straps arent adjustable...when carried it is around the hip area...erm..i dont realli noe hw to describe the material..its a hard-based material..not soft..like PVC? im not too sure..loll!

nope..its not shiny...its matte...

i stay in tampines...and im currently having exams at the moment..so im afraid im only available to do meetups either in tampines, simei, tanah merah area...

postage? i thought you wanted to do meetup? if your friend is able to meet at tanah merah at 1145 then i will be able to pass the bag to her...otherwise...with normal postage will be another $2 inclusive of envelope, handling fee and postage...
