That's what I call a self-insert. It's the only one I've ever read that I actually enjoyed! It was just so funny throughout the whole thing, especially with people randomly appearing. I loved how Yanagi subtly slips in there why all the Tenimyu guys are at a BLEACH show, making everything perfectly plausible ;).
