Holidays start tonight!
Once today is over with I have a week and a half off work - this makes me indescribably happy ^____^
For now I have a drabble for the TxN challenge that I've finally closed a week late. Why are all my drabbles so... crack-filled?
Title: Of Mice and Men
‘I told you! It was big, hairy and -’
‘Tuti.’
‘Completely took me by surprise. No warning, nothing.’
‘Tuti - ’
‘I mean, I was sitting there, minding my own business… I didn’t do anything to provoke it!’
‘Tuti…’
‘Well I suppose it might have been my fault… maybe a little… but how was I supposed to know he was there?’
‘Tuti!’
‘And you could be more sympathetic you know!’
‘Tuti… you saw a mouse, screamed, tried to get away, tripped over your own feet and smacked your head on the corner of your sofa.’
‘… you gonna kiss it better?’
Right, now to post the new challenges and anyone suggesting that this fortnight's challenges are affected by a one-shot fic I've got practically finished on my work computer is highly misguided, I would never abuse my power like that.
