As usual, the gaming lounge at the cons were excellent (so thanks Rob and Leece, and everybody else involved), but it’s taken me months to have enough free time to talk about either of them. The only reason I do today if because half my jobs for the day got removed - and it still took 8 hours.

Anyway - ‘Diamond Geezers’ a LARP about East End ( Read more... )

I own Labyrinth, I agree - that's a great little game.

We have always been a game playing family. Lately we have been mainly playing 'Dominion', which is a deck-building card game. I should imagine that you know of it.

Splendour certainly was one of those games that lots of people were talking about and playing. I managed 2 games. Lost the first, won the second. It seems to have excellent replayability.

Ah, Das ver-rückte Labyrinth - that's a classic. I loved that when I was little.

That line in that song was pretty disturbing "You can't have a nightmare if you never dream."

Makes me more resolved to watch some MLP. Perhaps you could recommend some episodes.

That song was very disturbing. Um, thank you?

Winter wrap-up, Cutie Mark Chronicles, Sonic Rainboom, and A Canterlot Wedding are all excellent. Too Many Pinkie Pies is one of Des's favourites. Actually, most of the episodes are good, and a far number great - watch a few to see which characters you like best
