THE most accurate goggles I have seen are these, but they aren't in stock, and I can't seem to find them anywhere else. There are other ones online all over the place that look similar to those, but those Phillips ones seem to be the closest.

Also, the color of the base is green, but it looks to me that Horrible's have been distressed. Probably with some silver and black paint, just to make them look a little older and more beaten.

Hmm... what is the consensus on the base color of the goggles? They seemed green in the video, but definitely distressed with some darker color. And the green are the most readily available, it seems. However, some very smart people over on the ::drhorrible.net message board:: pointed out that in the ::JINX image:: for the Dr. Horrible t-shirt, they look silver with some rusty/bronzy tarnish.

Now I am just confused about the goggles all together. Heh. Though ::these silver ones:: certainly look right. And the strap is the same one you can clearly see at the end of Act 3 as Dr. Horrible is entering the ELE.

I just got a 2-pack from FortCityDirect, via Ebay. These things look like the real deal.

After studying the goggles for quite a while, you're definitely right. The Fibre-metal glasses are spot on! The ridges on the circular lenses, the strap, the base gray color, the six vent holes. I'm a stickler for details and particularly in this case, since my job involves the daily wearing of safety goggles and the fact that I'm obsessed with the Doc and his blog. The ebay ones are close, but the ones by fibre-metal i can 99.9% say they are the right ones, down to the little plastic part between the two circular lenses. The ebay ones are closer to the ones that groupies Steve and Maurissa played have on. Well, on to the next piece of the Doc's costume, this mystery has been solved...not to find a place that sells it without the minimum $50 order...
