It seemed like a good idea at the time, but now, watching his dog continually try to eat cornstarch packing peanuts, and then spit them out on the floor with seemingly no memory retention of any past peanut incidents, Grissom comes to the conclusion that saving the environment isn't all that it's cracked up to be

The picture, poetry, and flower had completely delighted Sara.

She calls, humming to herself and grinning when he answers, sounding harried.

"Hi. What're you wearing?" she asks in a low, sultry tone.

"Well, what's that say?" he laughs lightly. "I want to know what you're wearing."

Just after 4pm

After she let's detention out, she heads back to her room. Hearing the distinct sounds of door noises, and whatever a dungeon sounds like packing, she knocks.

"Gil?"

"Come in," he yells back gruffly, from the living room where he's currently cleaning the windowsills, with a wad of paper towels under his arm.

[SP okay? I'm hitting the hay soon.]

She walks in and looks surprisingly refreshed, as if she took a really long nap.

"Hey. I stopped in to see if you needed any help."

[[SP's just fine. Just couldn't let Gil go without saying bye...again.]]

"You look good," he remarks off-hand, putting the bottle of Windex down on a side table.

"I think it's fairly unorthodox for a potential tenant to help the previous resident prepare the unit," he adds with an amused smirk.
