(Fic) Drabble - Shiny Objects

There was a saying about jounin being unable to resist shiny objects.

It is technically correct, but mostly in the sense that jounin are unable to resist either ducking said shiny object, or swinging a matt-finish kunai at about neck height.

No one ever realised that all shinobi - the good ones anyway - had an attraction to shiny objects.

even cuter the second time around. shiny objects attract crows, raccoons, and shinobi (but esp. jounin, because they are crazy - which is why iruka can't be a jounin).

heh. Yes. Shiny objects make jounin paranoid, and makes Iruka pinch them. :P
