Ordered a ton of dvds from the animated DCU series because of awesome holiday sales. I'm most pleased with myself. While I do love Marvel more in terms of comic books and live action movies I can't really get into their animated series. Except 1990's X-Men that is. But I love all the DC animated shows. This post was exactly what I needed to read. I've been trying to get back into DC/Marvel stuff recently, so I found this to be fantastic. :D I'll be sure to keep checking in to see if you post more comics fandom stuff.

If you want to watch the animated series, they have a ton of clips up on YouTube so you can get a feel for them and the dvds are still super cheap online. You can even buy individual episodes for cheap streaming on Amazon.

I want to watch my Superman: TAS and Justice League dvds before I write anything. I've read a few comics but I really have this strange attachment to the various DCU animated series and I'll probably base more personality/plot ideas off the series depictions. Certainly, I love Dana Delaney's Lois. She's fab.
