I was heartbroken when we had to have our cat put to sleep earlier this year and knew it would be a long time (if ever) before I was ready to even think of being owned by another cat. I figured I would know when the time was right

Hmm. I had a dream involving cats last night. They weren't mine, but that's about all I remember except that one of them was a really pretty and sweet black and white cat. Maybe I was subconsciously helping you find one?
