Ive a writing type question again. is it proper writing etiquite to end one chapter insinuating that two characters are going to have sex in the next but really jump the fic two years ahead? lol

I'm sorry! I didn't see this question and you have probably since found the answer but! Yes, it is. As the author, you can do whatever you want without worrying about etiquette. Since you aren't writing genre fiction, don't worry about it. Do what you want and if anyone bugs you about it, just tell them it's your artistic license and you'll use it as you see fit. :D
