Unexpected Visitor this afternoon

Early this afternoon, fallingblossom told me to come into the living room quickly and quietly, that we had a deer in the yard, a doe. She was walking by at the back of the house. I was unable to get a good pic through the windows, so I took my camera outside through the front door when I noticed thin, light brown legs walking next to the house no more than ten

Absolutely adorable!! That is so cool to see a fawn up close like that. The flowers and greenery add to the fawn to make a really pretty picture. ^___^

It was totally unexpected. I just thought I was going to try and sneak up on the doe and came across this little one. The fawn was so cute, but trembling so much. I felt a little bad that I scared it and then mom ran away when she saw me near the baby. However, we left the fawn alone and then it disappeared from the yard.

That came out so great- I felt so sorry for the little guy, separated from his mom like that!

No harm done,... I think. I have you to thank for letting me know about "mom" and only came across the fawn by accident.
