It's good you've got people you feel you can open up to and feel are there for you. Aw, it sounds like you're being hard on yourself about your depression and anxiety when you say it's your own doing. I agree that there's definitely ways in that we can better treat our bodies and selfs but a lot of it is due to our brains and something we have no control over. Anyway, it sounds like you've got great insight into yourself. (& I realize you wrote this entry over a year ago, but yesss!)
