USxCanada? Oh goodness, I love that pairing to death. It was the pairing that got me into Hetalia, after all! <3
As for the other fandoms... haha, I have honestly never read or heard of some of them before. xD Really, I should start getting interested in other anime and manga, instead of just Hetalia. x3

As for Witch Hunter, I haven't managed to find anything about it. Only something called Witch Hunter Robin... would that happen to be the same thing?

You know, strange as it may seem, Ladd x Lua was what got me into the fandom, because it went Baccano -> author-made-of-win~! -> Durararara!! -> pairings.
And... they're practically all incestuous and/or yaoi. *SIGH* I don't know. And the funny part is that I actually like the straight, totally okay ones *cough* Shinra x Celty, Yumisaki x Kirisawa; a lot more than I like the other ones. Probably because the people(s) involved are just so quirky~! XD

So. Kuroko.
Uh. I like all of the pairings you have listed. Man orgies are the best. Especially Kuro-Orgies.
My favorites(other than what we share)
Midorima x Kuroko X Takao (indifferent Kuro, attracted and trying to hide his blush Midorima, and Takao likes both of them. it is strangely alluring)
Riko x Kuroko/boy!Rico x fem!Kuroko (so. cute.)
Hyuuga x Izuki x Riko x Kiyoshi (foursome! It works out somehow, in my mind)
Kiyoshi x Hyuuga - Riko+Kiyoshi (as in, Hyuuga gets groped in the lockeroom and has sexytimes in Kiyoshi's bed, and Kiyoshi and Riko are total bros who make googly eyes at strong basketball players and go shopping for sports equipment together)

First--I wanted to say thankyou, for so diligently keeping up with the community, even when its janitor-come-moderator was busy being buried in schoolwork. It's because of wonderful and enthusiastic people like you that I love the internet.
Second--I'm sorry that I'm still not able to actively post. I'm writing a LOT right now (and some of it is, thankfully, KuroBa-oriented stuff), and just unable to post because LJ is not being cooperative in Asia (lame, I know). Please feel free to spam me, I'm reading my e-mails. I'll respond in a week (maybe a bit longer?), as soon as I'm in the states!
Finally--NO; the community is not 'dead'--it's simply under some sort of 'hiatus' *cough* I have schoolwork, but now it's done and I'm in Asia and Asia has the Great Firewall *cough*. I promise to post more as soon as I'm on the plane to the US of A.
