Yeah, well, there's news...

You know, I heard that people who are 65%+ on the quirk scale have to register somewhere...you know, so the rest of us can protect ourselves from being leapt out at at inoppotune times.

Oh, and there is a strict limit on the amount of tinfoil you can buy. They even monitor family members to make sure you are not surreptitiously stockpiling!

At least, that's what I heard. Could be a rumor.
