At Hah-vahd University, Cheif Justice Antonin Scalia midway through a speech to the assembled students:

"I even take the position that sexual orgies eliminate social tensions and ought to be encouraged...”

Never did I expect this from a Chief Justice. But now, he's my favorite.

knowing how some folk in this administration have language problems (I have them too, so I feel for them, but still...) it might have been a case of mispeaking.
