I'm not sure what you're talking about. It was a complete accident; it seems someone unfortunately decided to liven up the party before I got over to the soda, and of course being inexperienced with alcohol I didn't notice that anything was wrong until she started feeling sick.

Of course it does. I would simply explain to the Doctor that while I am very apologetic that it happened, it was a complete accident.

And if he becomes angry and thinks I deserve some kind of retribution, I'll tell him about how she threw up on my shoes on the way home.
