some links i have in the local pop publishing industry (LOL, hello, my Saikom buddies!) say the UU editors have been hiding the fact that their mysterious AoA writer stopped submitting manuscripts 3 issues ago...

SAIKOM HAS TIES WITH UU?? then again our publishing industry is so small, i presume they have no secrets within their ranks.

i am so behind! no AoA manuscripts for 3 issues?? wow, how were they able to keep their sales figures up (kapal!).

~where the heck do you think Saikom gets the material for their "scary urban multo stories" ?
~UU discreetly sends the more "masa-appropriate" authors and submissions to Saikom.
~and by "more", i mean bus loads of multo submissions!

after all, the Saikom staff did help UU get a cheaper full-colour Publisher & a new supplier for the glossy-paper for UU's 2nd anniversary relaunch.

sobrang konti yata talaga ng dumadating na UU issues sa residential area mo ah.

UU was forced to divide the last 2 AoA submissions to distribute into the lastest 3 issues. each issue inadvertently became a cliffhanger instead of just semi-filler transitions ! XD

wala talagang UU rito, sa maynila lang ako nakakabili. e budget constraints pa nga di ba, nagkapatung-patong ang sagabal, di ko na tuloy nasundan mula nung iniwanan ko.

what but i love the semi-filler transitions :( :( it's sad they had to do that! i hope the AoA writer/s, whoever he/she/it/they is/are, pick/s up the slack real soon! (andaming slash)
