We have mid-January, so it's time for my monthly rant. :p No, really, I feel it is necessary, because I'm sick and cranky and that is evidently the best time for such rants. ;)
*nods* He isn't this complete jerk like some people want others to believe. Though maybe I understand him so well, because I'm pretty shy myself?! *thinks* Could be...
About the play? Because I still have so many things to say and can't really find the words for it. ;) It's like it's all in my head and I can't seem to write it down for some reason. :(
No virtual cookies?! *lol* But they are...good, I guess. *lol*
You know, you were supposed to laugh at some parts of the play, but every once in a while, I had to smirk here and then, because of some little things. *lol* Though I would have never laughed out loud then - especially not in the first row. Way too embarrassing. ;)
What shall I say except what a wonderful report!! You pointed out everything so well. I just can agree with you! When Gale opened the door there was such a strong, intense atmosphere! Really hard to describe as you said ;) ...and oh dear the chair! That looked very dangerous to me Oo but fortunately nothing happend^^ ...The lipstick *lol* Gale seemed a bit despaired about that...he practically could not stop wiping and looking *lmao*
I think at one point during the second or third time, I actually stopped breathing for a second when Gale opened that door. It was just so intense for that short moment...
*lol* I've only noticed the lipstick thing that much, because it was so much longer than the other times. He barely stopped. ;)
I loved reading this! And yes, I remember that rant from awhile ago lol it's kind of funny seeing that now but anyway I totally agree with what you're saying, Kate. He really doesn't owe us anything. I'm happy that he's willing to go out and interact with the fans this way though. Even if he's in a rush he finds the time to get to everybody. Last night in a chat when my friend decided she would be going with me after the matinee, she said she would bring her camera and I told her not to. She said why and I explained he doesn't want pictures of him to be taken and she understood me. Today she asked me again why he doesn't want pictures and I just said he doesn't, does it really matter why
( ... )
You know, when I wrote that about Gale, he wasn't coming out after the play, so it's all different now, but I still stand behind what I said then, like I said here. ;) It's still his ultimate decision and if he doesn't want to do something, he doesn't have to do it. No matter what the fans "want", they can't tell him what to do, and if he decided to not come out after the play and some fans are calling him a jerk for that, then they aren't fans to begin with. They should respect him and his decisions and they obviously don't then.
I think he must have done that with his hands, since he has done it every time when we were there. ;) I still don't get it though. *lol*
*lol* I'll try to find a cookie and give it to you later. ;)
