I don't I think I've formally mentioned this here yet, but we are officially moving to Portland, Oregon in exactly 8 weeks.  A decision very hard to make, however I think we will be more likely to build the future we want there.   Financially, it's the best option.  If we were to stay here I think I would persue an Assistant Director position, but

Baby envy is hard...but wouldn't it be best to wait until you guys are settled for a while (steady jobs, insurance, financial stability and a great support system) before you bring a child into your lives? Take some time to breathe first. :)
