That was very interesting to read about you, especially about your siblings! My little brother (ten years younger) has a lot in common with me, while me sister (1,5 years younger) is totally different!

A PhD, is possible. But they are so damm EXPENSIVE!!

Ugh, tell me about it! Everyone asks me why I didn't wait a year because then I'll have my permanent contract for a year and will get it for free, but I wanted to start it already! So I'm the only one who actually pays it this year, and it's a real pain. Thankfully, I enjoy it very much (I love teaching, but I also love theory and investigation, so that helps ;-)

Precisely. That's one of the reasons why I want a permanent contract. With a contract, not only the University pays for your PhD, but also they make you sign an agreement to work here for a number of years after you get your degree.
Meaning, free PhD AND a sure job.
*sigh*
Well, it's possible that I will get a contract next year, so I'll probably wait, but I feel more and more like I'm only using that as an excuse...

Oh, I really hope for you that you'll get a contract next year, crossing my fingers! It makes such a difference! We have to have our contract for a year before getting the postgraduate studies for free, so I can get them for free starting next year only. Well, better than nothing!

Hace dos días estaba especialmente deprimida :/ Y cuando leí este meme, tan lindo, especialmente "mi amiga querida!!" =) Casi lloré de ternura!
Pero es cierto, es muy lindo y maravilloso cómo las personas llegan a tu vida y permanecen por mucho o por toda la vida cerca a ti.
Bueno, sí, prometo hacer el meme, y tengo que hacer un post sobre las cosas que me tuvieron depre estos días... aunque me siento algo mejor, siempre es bueno vaciar el saco de las penas =)

Por cierto, es cierto que desde que nace el primer hijo, nunca más regresa esa paz, olvídate de dormir tranquila... es decir, si tendrás días de paz, de tranquilidad, de mucha felicidad, pero siempre, siempre, SIEMPRE, estarás pendiente de ese ser maravilloso que te llamará "mamá" =)

Aww, amiga, me alegro haber podido hacer que te sintieras un poquito mejor.

Awww, I wish I could allow myself to spare time on writing memes. THis one is so interesting! But if I allow myself to do things like that... OMG, I have such a hard time restrainging myself to NOT spent all my time with my brothers, especially not the time I need for studying :X I better don´t even start to do this now! I have to write a thesis, study for my finals AND take an all-day-all-week class... whcih keeps me busy from MO-Fri 8AM-6PM. OMG, I wish it was summer next year...
