I'm dumb, I can't tell lately what's a dress and what's a shirt in most shops.

At the moment it's really the length which is giving it away. Mine is literally like an A-cut black pinifor smock thing with two pockets on the front, and the only way you can tell it's not just a top is that it goes to knee length. In the sale in New Look for £8. Bargain.
