Reading Tolkien aloud

I had a great time last night, doing the reading at the library, and I had lots of fun last year, reading Roverandom by voice-post, and taking part in read_lotr_aloud.

So, I thought I'd do it again.

I haven't read any of those, so I'll vote for whatever has a happy ending (if any)!

They are all very different in tone, but JRRT was a great believer in eucatastrophe, so they all have good endings!

They're all wonderful in their own special ways, but Farmer Giles is by far the most fun. :)
