Well, I had a very nice belated birthday celebration. The DH ordered something for me from my Amazon wish list--The Complete Recordings Soundtrack for RotK! (I already had FotR and TT, but when he was going to get RotK for me before it was out of stock.) At last I will have them all ( Read more... )

That sounds like a lovely birthday celebration and the complete recordings for ROTK are my favorite of the three. They are marvelous. Enjoy!

But oh your poor husband! That must have been awful.

I am really looking forward to finally having the complete set!

It was pretty dreadful for him-- I hurried as fast as I could, but I doubt he even was able to wait until I was out of the driveway and down the block!

oh my gosh, I'd be freaked out, too, if I got stuck like that!
(I got stuck in an elevator once, not something I'd want to repeat! :))

Well, and it was so hot, too! At any rate, we won't be having trouble with the garage door any more!

I really appreciate it; I knew the way I had rushed it would need a beta!

(It was kind of wierd. When I pasted it into SoA, some of the commas I'd taken out came back! *scratches head* Anyway, I think I got them again.)

Ooh, poor hubby! But glad the birthday was good.

Really enjoyed the chapter and can't wait for the last two - but I don't actually want it to end either! Does that make sense?

Yes, well, he felt better after he had demolished the door! And it was a nice birthday lunch.
