There's hope for you, trust me. These two people I know off the Bright Eyes board . . . they met each other on there and only after a while met in real life, and they're all cute and in love and, yeah, it's great in a bordering on disgusting way. But they're both really nice people so it's not disgusting. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck with that.

I have this one memory of some Christmas when I was still young, as in my dad still lived with me and I think I was still in South Carolina (if not, in Pennsylvania), where there was this awesome yet slightly (not very) disturbing blue-ish light on everything. It was the last happy Christmas I can remember. Except, not. But one of them?

A blue-ish light? That's odd. Even odder though, is that I know exactly what you mean because I seem to have a few childhood memories where the lighting to everything was different from how the actual light is.

Christmas used to be so much happier, back when I believed in Santa Claus, and even after that, but then it kind of lost its charm, and I don't like trying to get presents for everyone because if I'm getting someone a present, I want it to be a good present and right for the person I'm getting it for and everything. But I can't get the right present for everyone and I hate leaving out people and it just makes me sad.

Yeah, I don't know. We just sort of lost our holiday spirit after I moved here, since mom stopped getting a tree and everything. We're just so un-Christmassy.
