OHGODANUPDATEIAMEXPLODINGWITHGLEE♥♥!!!1 All right, I already read this chapter on FF.net, but I prefer reviewing here on LJ, because I can use colorful words. Like fuckawesome, if you know what I mean!
Okay, the chapter! Such a great, calculated, and most certainly not overdone amount of twin!angst, oh dear. I approve! ♥ I'm not ashamed to admit that my eyes did feel a little prickly once in a while, just because you brought Sunstreaker's feelings across so painfully well-how he was so confused and frustrated by his own inability to, well, interact with people on a normal, not socially awkward level, to say the least. I love how you made him feel so much at once, or at least I think he did-like when he went to talk to Sideswipe, not just once but twice, and appeared to feel helpless about his situation, extremely reluctant to seek out anyone's advice about it, and rather angry and maybe just a little confused at his own inability to refrain from doing so, all at once

*continues after a minute's contemplative silence* No wonder even Sunny himself was so taken aback he didn't know what to make of that... I wonder if anyone except for 'Sides has ever done that? :/ *hugs both of the twins* I agree with him though, I definitely don't think Hound just wanted to placate Sunny because he was scared of being attacked. Granted, I don't know him at all, not even from fanfics-this is the first Hound!fic I'm reading!-but from what I do know of him, he doesn't strike me as the kind of person who'd be really and seriously afraid of Sunstreaker. A bit wary maybe, yes, I guess that's just normal; but not downright scared, to the point when he'd do anything to get away from him. I'm thus convinced that he maybe took the blame for being late because he wanted to be kind to him in return? Because even if he didn't understand why Sunny said he'd wait for him as he watched the frogs, he surely recognized the gesture as a not-so-easily recognizable attempt at kindness. And for Sunstreaker, that's quite a stretch, like I

*big grin* Once again your twin interaction is made of awesome! I especially like that they really weren't all cuddly to each other, but kept it subtle. (and your Sideswipe! "Sure, you kind of make him nervous, but you do that to me, too! Sometimes, at least. …Not often, but you can get freaky. Like that stare you’re giving me right now? Not cool" - That line from him really stands out to me. XD)
I'm enjoying the confusion poor Hound is suffering, the poor guy. I certainly wouldn't know what to do in that situation.
Sideswipe and Jazz and the tv was just utterly adorable! (and I can so see it happening).
...Yeah, I see the twins as liking contact, but not liking the cuddly aspect of that. So they end up brawling, or just shouldering up to each other. Manfully. *snerk* (Glad you like my Sideswipe, too! He's hard for me. I have trouble getting into his head... Just sorta-opposite personality types, I guess? But the snark is fun to write.)
And yeah, Hound, XD and lawl and etcetera. Poor guy doesn't know where to turn! It's just been interesting seeing the reaction the readers have, though--and I'm with you, honestly; I wouldn't know what to do.
...Sideswipe and Jazz (as lions vs. hyenas) was totally a childhood flashback for me. XD I love nature documentaries. I had no choice: it was adapt or be killed sit through hours and hours of videos I hated with the family. And I figure the morbidity of the whole thing kind of fit in with them...
Anyways, thank you again, so much! I always love to hear from you. ♥
