Obviously you only need to cut soda from your diet, that's fifteen pounds in a year right there! OMGSODASODASODASODASODA. Losing weight is so eeeeaaaasy if you just don't drink soda!

Sorry. I just had to. I'm getting so sick of the "losing weight is easy" shit out there. Congrats on 20 pounds!

Aww... congrats on the loss of 20 :D, but don't push yourself too hard! Rest is just as important as diet and exercise. Instead of going to the gym though, maybe you should try to do things that are more fun. I don't know if you're into sports, but you can try learning how to play a sport. You could burn some major calories just trying to learn how to do the foot work in soccer. Or you could play baseball (I'll always think of the Cullens). You could go bowling, ice skating, roller blading, putt-putt golf. Heck, taking a brisk walk everywhere you go would burn calories. I mean, in order to loose weight all you have to do is burn more calories then you take in. I don't know what it is with the counting fat and stuff, it confuses me. LOL ( ... )
