1. I hate bugs. This was prompted by the tiny crab-like spider zigzagging across my bed--until I walloped it with my sandal--who gets the last laugh now?! I went to a party last night (with someone else, not just by myself), didn't know most of the people there, and actually had a good time ^^ breaking out of my shell ftw~ (I almost chickened out on the whole thing at first)
Of course, it could have just been because I brought Apples to Apples and it was a hit :P -

On the other hand, I can't even act excited because most of the people I'm around on a daily basis voted for McCain. (read: parentals/some people at work) sigh. -

My excited-ness is somewhat outweighed by the sheer relief I feel that the election is over. :/ All the sniping, arguing, people asking me if I voted/who I voted for like it's any of their business, etc. And I know it's usually because people were excited about the election in general...but I really don't like being asked stuff like that when the ( Read more... )
