I second everything devils_sucubus said, thats nature related, and architectural. I also like really beautiful high fashion photos like those found on foto_decadent
How about setting themes for challenges, for example supplying beautiful images, and entrants create book covers from them or something like that... but truly you choose beautiful images as it is
