Diet Update

It's been a month.

I'm down about 15lbs. Not bad. Was able to fit into a few old club clothes that I missed.

I'm gonna adjust the diet a bit. Removing artificial sweeteners and most processed foods. We'll see if that makes a difference.

Also going to start working out a bit more. Hopefully that will help too.

15 pounds in a month is a massive loss - that is excellent progress.

Feels good, doesn't it? Workout ha been helpful for my stress level too & that's good thing.
