This is going to be one of those rare unfiltered posts about my diet.

Day 1.

290 Lbs.

I'm fatty fatty fat fat.

But that will hopefully change.

I'ma gonna go eat some meat.

What do you use to track your meats? I like livestrong.com's food logger, and they have a pretty cheap iphone app that logs all entries into the main site.

I'm just keeping a watch on what I eat. I'm just doing the no carb thing for a bit, then slowly reintroducing carbs until I'm just doing a low carb diet.

Read labels, cut carbs down but not out and get moving! Any time you are down this way and want to go the gym with me I'd love that.
