And all of that was Obama's fault... Nothing can be blamed on an abuse of the filibuster? Nothing can be blamed on a minority party holding legislation hostage for two years while trying to re-ignite the red scare...

Yeah, some of it could be contributed to a Congress stuck in limbo. But the things like the 9/11 terrorist trials (which I think would have had better outcomes in civilian court) or closing Gitmo are things HE could have handled himself. Several of the things he's promised to do could have easily been solved with an executive order.

I doubt running on a campaign of CHANGE now would work anyway when he didn't change anything the first time.
