Had a similar problem with them shortly after migrating to business. Fixed in similarly good fashion.

I too have used Zen ever since our mutual friend went there from Demon.

I'd add that there's nothing like a business service (20:1 but prioritised) to make you realise how much the 4pm and peak-time slowdowns get in the way.

I've been with Zen for about 10 years now, I think. Mostly because of their reliability and customer service!

I've had similarly good service from The Phone Co-Op, and it's not the most expensive because there's no reason for it to be, since the profits go to the members.
