Zombie post
**FIXME is not taking well to transferring to the big bed and won't go back to the cot. (There's a post from me on plan_survive that refers.) As a result, I am currently (a) getting very little sleep and (b) having very little time to catch up on correspondence and LiveJournal and so on.
I'm catching things at odd times and in short bursts, and I'm sure I've missed important things but can't remember what I've read and what I haven't, and that's probably going to get worse.
Some of you are having awful times and I want to send sympathy; some of you are having great times and I want to send congratulations. Some of you are having the whole range of stuff in between and I want to chip in to chewing it over; some of you want advice or opinion that I could supply. And some of you would just like to hear from me now and again. (Some of you would probably rather not hear from me at all - in which case, I have good news.)
But I haven't been able to convey the specific message in all cases that I want to recently, and won't be able to for the next little while. If this applies to you, please accept my apologies, my assurance that it's sleep deprivation not ostracism, and this somewhat longwinded way of saying all that. Let's all (nearly all, I suppose) hope that it soon passes and normal service is soon restored. Doubtless the arrival of new baby **TODO in about a month's time will help, of course.
