I should have been doing other stuff instead of that last update. But I've just had a brilliant insight.

How many great insights has the world lost because the person with the inspiration was too poor to spare the time to write them down, or too marginalised in society to know how to bring their writings to the world?

And how many more have been lost because the person with the inspiration, despite being reasonably well off and middle class, just flat out couldn't be bothered?

I think I've just written two more paragraphs for the book there, actually. Doesn't come to any conclusion or make any obvious (or indeed non-obvious) point. But I think that is entirely appropriate for the genre.

Few too many long words here for a management book. Or for the other sort, too few and not enough jargon.

Who Moved my Cheese should be something to aim at I feel.
