After looking at the background of both of these websites, I wouldn't trust them to give me sports scores.

Well, in America, (given the intent) you can call anything that's even vaguely Canadian "socialist" and get away with it. They wouldn't hesitate to call Harper a socialist just because Canada has a system of universal healthcare.

I totally agree with you, though, that this guy is full of shit.

And I only mention Harper because he's at the forefront of the Conservative Party (supposedly, liberal:socialist::conservative:libertarian).

The way I heard about it, the UN report said that Saddam's production-capable sites had been dismantled for scrap by looters after the invasion, and sensitive equipment could be in anyone's hands. I wonder where Martin thinks Iraq would have gotten nuclear weapons, since Israel blew up Iraq's nuke plant in '81 and Saddam ordered an end to reconstitution efforts in 1991 (hence the centrifuge salvaged by a nuke scientist in his yard that year). The Jordan bomb was sulfuric acid, not nerve or sarin. Mossad and the CIA both said that Iraq had nothing significant back in early 2002 before Sharon and Bush shut them up, and Bush's people (Rice and Powell) said Iraq had nothing significant back in 2001 ( ... )
