Thanks for posting, it's nice to see Gwaine :). I like his eyes especially...he seems both confident and 'troubled?'. The celtic work is beautiful as is the addition of the dragon. One of the sites I visited about celtic horse symbols said the horse meant 'life in motion'...that certainly associates itself well with Gwaine.
I like that the horse looks like he's in movement, which is a nice contrast to Gwaine sitting calmly in the forefront. Also, you have some very good shading. Nice job!
(slightly off topic, but maybe add the celtic animals tag to this so it can be included with the other entries?)

i did a bunch of different trial version with horses in different positions, to try and get the dynamic right, so i'm really glad it works for you :D thanks :D
