I kept thinking of the old Rambo and Chuck Norris cartoons while watching this. :-)

The Chuck Norris cartoons could be really excellent if they did them again now to fit the ol' 'chuck is so tough' idiom :>
Just do it like traditional anime monster-fighting idiom. There's a fighting team, they end up with a huge foe that kicks them around a bit until the call Chuck Norris. Chuck then shows up, beats them flat with mount rushmore, swallows a lake and spits it out like the firehose of god or something..
Man, that'd be great :>

Sidekick 1: "There's trouble! We better get Chuck!"
Sidekick 2: "He's sleeping..."
Sidekick 1: "You dummy. He doesn't sleep. He waits."

*beginning of episode*
Chuck: Dr. Malevolence has his fortress here...
*Dr. Malevolence appears and is slammed against a wall, unconscious*
All: Dr. Malevolence?!
Dr. Malevolence: ... damn you Norris... finding me...
Sidekick 2: But he hasn't found you yet... you must have travelled in time! But how??
Dr. Malevolence: ... roundhouse kick...

*another episode begins*
Chuck: Here we are, the criminals' hideout.
Sidekick 1: But where is everyone?
Sidekick 2: Here's a note... "Mr. Norris, we heard you were coming for us so we surrendered to the police."
Chuck: Let's go home.
