Half right: Sally Ledger (who just died, I'm sorry to hear) used to work at UWE before she went to Birkbeck. She lived about 30 seconds' walk from where I'm sitting now.

I guess I assumed you and Roger must have been at the same ICFA or other literary conference at some point.

Those measuring cups! I admired them just last weekend in the covered market in Oxford!
